MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Creating, developing and designing concepts for both digital and print-based projects, including HTML emails, digital banners, front-end web design and design for print, across a range of channels • Developing print-based POS & store experiences working with the DTC retail team. • Effectively managing design workloads within agreed timescales. • Producing design collateral within brand guidelines, for each regional requirement • Working proactively under your own initiative and as part of the design team. • Supporting the wider marketing team and being a brand guardian for NB KEY CUSTOMERS • EMEA Marketing • EMEA Ecommerce • Global Marketing, Ecommerce and Social Media • EMEA Regional Marketing Managers • External digital agencies • External print vendors MEASURES OF SUCCESS • Responsible for delivering high quality assets on time for all EMEA Ecommerce sites and Social Media, Display and Affiliate channels • Responsible for delivering POS solutions and best in class store experiences. REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS • Essential skills include first-class Mac experience, particularly with Adobe Creative Suite; (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign). • Experience working with an in-house development team, implementing new designs, features, functionality and potential experiments to improve website conversion. • Develop NB creative using emerging trends, technologies and innovations. • Excellent organisational skills and multi-tasking with incredible attention to detail. • Up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in responsive graphic design. • Passion and commitment for New Balance and our corporate values. • Instinctive brand guardian, deep understanding and empathy for brands and their longevity. • Ideally degree educated in a design related course APPLY NOW
