Join New Balance and declare your independence. • Directly supervise 3+ Supervisors of department functions: returns, receiving and fulfillment. • Develop and achieve operational budgets, quarterly forecast reviews and monthly reconciliation. • Manage service issues and requirements for Distribution, Customer Care, and Website Mgrs. related to drop shipping, packaging, labeling and WMS/system modifications and or changes. • Analyzes records of past and present operations trends, administrative commitments, and obligations to ensure process support requirements. • Manages process improvement projects and LEAN initiatives. • Communication regarding impact of business adjustment to applicable departments. • Works with eComm Customer Care, Website Managers and Buyers to balance cost and service requirements to satisfy internal/external customer needs.  • Ecomm liaison for the Coastal DC’s (CDC’s - Lawrence, Ontario and Fontana) Warehouse Managers and Corporate Logistics. • KPI development & review for optimization of quality, production and staffing. • Reviews status reports and modifies schedules or plans as required. • Prepares project reports for management. • Ongoing collaboration with to track and achieve divisional objectives. • Set standards for processes, safety, and service. Reporting to management as required. • Ensuring documentation of department records are kept current. • Offer subject matter expertise regarding ongoing evaluation of Service Level Agreement’s (SLA) with an ability to reasonably project positive/negative impacts therein. • Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS: • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university and eight to ten years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Occasional travel required.
