Job Description

Bo Bridges Photography is seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as an Assistant Studio Director. The top candidate will work with us full time and have an immediate positive impact on our everyday workings. This position will be based out of our VAIL, Colorado gallery. Candidates should expect to perform a wide range of tasks with a focus on growing gallery sales as well as the Bo Bridges brand. Candidates should be self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced and creative atmosphere.
Responsibilities Include:

Entrepreneurial spirit at heart
• Improving gallery sales through floor time, e-commerce, and social media An unquenchable thirst for learning and obtaining new skills
• Ensuring the studio is neat, organized, and an orderly workspace at all times
• Great representation of the brand; a passion for photography, adventure, action, and sports
• Recommend artwork based on room descriptions
• An ability to find comfort in forced conversations
• Placing orders for gallery pieces Detail-oriented and endlessly energetic
• Thrilled by the prospect of building order from chaos
• Optimistic and solutions-oriented
• Excellent organization & communication skills Strong project management skills and interpersonal skills – ability to lead teams & build partnerships
• Monitoring office equipment such as phones, printers, etc.
• Maintaining a schedule, appointments, and calendar including internal and external meetings



Job Requirements

Skills and Expertise Required:
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in high-end retail. A hunger to make sales and commission
• Gallery experience
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Access
• Expert level knowledge of Adobe CS Software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design tools
• Experience in photo manipulation, color correction and sizing
• High level of energy and drive to get things done on time
• Ability to make independent decisions and use problem solving skills Excellent communication skills, time management, organization and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
• Must display high level of professionalism in conduct, attitude and attire appropriate for the work area. Ability to work with people at all levels
• Able to exercise authority and respond to criticism
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends when necessary
• Understanding of studio workflow process, approval procedures, software and equipment
• Video editing Software Knowledge - must be able to use primarily Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier
• Comprehensive working knowledge of DSLR cameras
