BO BRIDGES GALLERY is looking for a sales professional who has a passion for photography and storytelling.

To be successful in our beach-side art gallery, you must be dynamic, positive and self motivated. Candidates must have an upbeat and professional demeanor, a desire to proactively build and maintain client relationships -- and ultimately close sales. We expect that you will charismatically interact with our clientele and will become knowledgeable of and enthusiastic about Bo Bridges, his photography collection and his adventurous lifestyle (see www.bobridges.com or Instagram @bobridges / @bobridgesgallery).

When you are not welcoming walk-in clients, you will be assisting our Gallery Director with merchandising, event planning, marketing and operations. We will educate you about the artist and artwork in our collection and about our fine art sales philosophy. If you are eager to learn, we will teach you the skills necessary to be successful! Position will be 2-3 days per week, including 2 weekends per month. Compensation is hourly plus sales incentive. Resumes should be submitted with a cover letter.
Responsibilities and Duties

- Develop new and maintain existing client relationships
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals
- Provide the highest level of customer service along with strong follow up skills
- Become an expert on Bo Bridges and his photography collection, and skillfully convey that knowledge to clientele via storytelling
- Develop in-depth understanding of custom printing and framing techniques and pricing
- Foster strong relationships with fulfillment vendors
- Maintain aesthetic/merchandising of gallery floor, keep back-rooms organized and neat
- Provide at home consultations and artwork recommendations based on client’s home and aesthetic
- Develop visual mock ups of artwork in clients’ homes/offices using Photoshop
- Willingness to be a team player who will pitch in no matter the task
-Assist in event coordination, operational support, social media promotions and digital marketing

Qualifications and Skills

- Availability on Saturday and Sunday
- High-end retail sales experience
- Upbeat and professional demeanor
- Passion for photography, art, and retail
- Eye for design
- Proficiency in Photoshop ideal but not mandatory
