BB Dakota is expanding its team with the addition of a new Customer Service/EDI Specialist!
Job responsibilities include:
- Administer all aspects of customer service, including daily communication via phone and email regarding order deadline notifications, sales order status, shipping approvals, delivery schedules, updates and inventory availability.
- Daily picking orders and warehouse correspondence.
- Management of EDI accounts and Majors.
- Management of Replenishment Drop Ship Programs.
- Processing seasonal Off-Price orders.
- Order Allocation.
- Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure all orders are shipped properly and in a timely manner.
- Provide weekly Open Order Status reports to Supervisor.
- Provide monthly Open Order Status reports to Sales team.
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting to Management team.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns and fulfill general customer requests.
- Investigate account discrepancies which include, but are not limited to, miss-ships, short shipments, refused boxes, etc.
- Assist management and sales team with overflow and special projects.
