About the job
We are currently looking for an import production assistant to help support the rapid growth of our contemporary women’s clothing brands. The ideal candidate will have experience in apparel production with an eagerness to learn. They will be organized, detail oriented, and solution driven. This position requires flexibility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Major Responsibilities:
• Assist Production team with daily responsibilities for all brands
• Organize, chase, and track all samples/submits from overseas vendors
• Review submits with design and effectively communicate comments to factories
• Follow up on all milestone dates to ensure on time product approvals and delivery
• Manage customer sample requests
• Enter and maintain all cost sheets and Purchase Orders in Full Circle
• Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Design, Merchandising, Technical design, Customer service, Sales
• Perform related duties as requested
