Position Overview:
Bell is seeking a results driven Ecommerce Merchandiser to drive growth across our digital platforms. The Ecommerce Merchandiser will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize both business results and customer experience. The candidate will work in collaboration with the wider marketing team, ensuring website updates, email planning, Content and customer acquisition all drive the best possible consumer experience. Leading our product / category story telling online, this role utilizes a strong understanding of copywriting, digitally optimized assets, photography and videography to communicate product and brand messages through our digital platforms. The right candidate brings passion and focus to updating and enhancing the online experience to engage, increase time on site while converting browsers into customers.

This position reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager. As a part of the Marketing team you will be a member of a close-knit and enthusiastic group. To be successful you will have to be an excellent team-player, personable, hard-working and always ready to pitch in and help others. It is necessary to manage multiple projects and conflicting deadlines in a very fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions:
- Be responsible for the managing of online merchandising - Owning and delivering the digital merchandising and site experience, including product presentation, web site usability, and cross-device improvements to drive increases in sales.
- Drive increased sales through the online channel - Support the Digital Marketing Manager in driving sales and margin increases Year on Year in terms of product, services and solution sales across the website. Working to the wider marketing strategy to ensure that the website is an integral part of the brands go to market strategy.
- Be responsible for Web Data Analysis & Reporting - Support the Digital Marketing Manager in ad-hoc analysis of the performance of products & categories, making recommendations & implementing changes where necessary.
- Daily analysis of the website data to identify fast and slow moving lines, merchandise accordingly to maximise sale opportunity
- Partner with Brand and Content Teams to ensure that marketing initiatives across all channels are integral and supported by the B2B and B2C websites.
- Merchandise Bellhelmets.com: Keep homepage, landing pages, category pages and PDPs looking fresh and optimized for Brand consistency and conversion.
- Own the E-Commerce store production schedules and product promotions.
- Manage master production calendar with project plans and schedules for site content delivery, ensuring all site assets, pricing and promotions are timely executed, up-to-date and approved for use within store.
- E-Mail marketing campaign creation, execution and reporting.
- Track and evaluate site user behavior; make recommendations to improve user experience/usability and increase sales conversions.
- Communicates effectively with all stakeholders; anticipates and resolves issues regarding schedules and deliverables.
- Assist in the integration of the B2B and B2C websites into the overall marketing plan.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor Web sites.
- Identify opportunities for new marketing tactics, site-conversion functionality and improved user experiences.
