The Bell Project Manager assists in the development, coordination and execution of integrated project plans and initiatives for a specific business unit. This position implements processes required for effective, strategic project management and works directly with product creation, suppliers, creative services, management, licensors and other key internal departments to ensure each individual project’s objectives are achieved. The Project Manager is the focal point and main contact for project communications and progress status. Is this you!? If so, we'd love to talk!
Essential Functions:
• Reviews project proposal to establish time lines and procedures, determine the allotment of available resources for completing the project in a timely and efficient manner.
• Responsible for coordinating product development meetings, ensuring assigned project goals and objectives are understood and achieved while following established development procedures for the successful introduction of new products.
• Work collaboratively with Product Management to define product requirements and closely with multiple departments to ensure projects are aligned with the business unit objectives, the budget and the planned time line.
• Ensure timely implementation of objectives, projects, and priorities while following established procedures and schedules in alignment with sales and marketing activities to support ownership’s strategy for the business
• Assist in the project management of the development of new or modified products to further the company’s competitive position
• Prepares project status reports for dissemination to management.
• Identifies, addresses and resolves issues that may impede the progress/completion of a project.
• Manages additional responsibilities as assigned
