Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Marketing department with admin items related to campaign creation through execution as well as accountability for budgets and processes.

Essential Job Functions:
•Become an expert on Bell’s product assortment and brand story
•Develop working relationships with all company departments to keep up to date with all cross-functional activities/initiatives
•Handle requests from Marketing managers
•Ownership of the Marketing x Sales meeting organization and cadence, including budget management
•Packing & Shipping boxes and Product (frequent task)
•Ownership of the athlete product program, including budget management
•Ownership of (non-athlete) contracts and collaborations for the Marketing team
•Ownership of licensing
•An ability to adapt and work in different environments, and with different personalities and working styles
•Meeting support, note taking, recaps, webex management
•Liaison to outside agencies and partners
•Manage internal digital property updates
•Event, Trade Show support (minimal/no travel)
•Expense Report support
•General data entry, digital asset management and campaign reporting
•Assist photo shoots pre-planning
•An interest in and understanding of sports and culture is a plus

Education and Training:
•Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
•2-4 years marketing and or related experience
•Skilled with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite and Apple operating platforms
•Very detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
