As a Marketing Assistant you will report directly to the Director of Marketing and VP of Design. You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing marketing materials for multiple brands and across multiple platforms.
The role requires excellent attention to detail, project management skills, and your creativity will be used every day. The team culture is fast-paced, creative, data and detail-oriented, and focused on delivering results in a deadline-driven work environment. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a roll-up your sleeves attitude, and strong team player that also enjoys working independently.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and curate digital content for all social media channels including graphics, photos, and videos.
- Develop interesting and valuable content for sales, public/media relations, and branding.
- Write clear and concise copy for websites, social media, blogs, newsletters, ads, articles, product descriptions, etc.
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of current and future marketing campaigns.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the organizing of content creation campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data from social media channels, ad campaigns, and website performance.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including, email, social media and display advertising.
- Create and update product information on e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with websites management as needed by updating revisions to products, digital content and on-line catalogs.
