Leader in screen printing apparel, seeking a highly motivated, well organized and experienced individual for position of Chief Executive Officer.
Job Duties
Manage all aspects of the business with an emphasis on Sales. Will report directly to the owner and will oversee all Managers.
-Oversees employment staffing; hire and terminations.
-identifies risks and ensures appropriate strategies are in place.
-Ensures correct practices are being met.
-Attends meetings and other presentations.
-Responsible for day to day decisions.
-Generates new business and reviews with Owner for approval of new projects.
-Drives profitability of the business.
