The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in achieving business results and Brand Standard, as well as acquiring and developing talent for the store and providing the highest level of customer service while upholding the all company programs. The Assistant Manager is to learn the role of a Store Manager in preparation for potential promotion.
Sales- Meet and exceed sales goals, ensure that all customer transactions are accurately processed and recorded, utilize best judgment to meet the needs of customers, direct and motivate employees to meet personal sales goals
Staff- Assist the Store manager in recruiting and training of all staff, have open communication between all store staff to help execute store tasks, maintain a positive relationship and professional attitude
Operations- Properly execute all visual presentations, make sure the store is clean and organized, and ensures that all staff are working safety and following safety standards
2-3 years of retail experience and at least 6 months in a retail management role
High School graduate or equivalent
Ability to lift 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds with assistance
POS system experience and basic computer knowledge
