Ecommerce Customer Service Representative

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer and respond to customer email, chat and phone questions
• Address concerns and issues regarding online merchandise, orders, refunds & returns
• Maintain positive, friendly and professional interactions with both internal and external customers
• Other projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and appropriately
• Computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
• Type about 35 WPM (which is considered average)
• Demonstrate proactive problem solving skills
• Ability to operate in a team environment and take initiative to complete tasks
• Detail oriented and organized

Job Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:
• Must have a customer service mindset
• Action sports industry (surf) experience
• Full Circle (or similar ERP system) experience preferred
• Internet-savvy
• Competent math skills
