Vitamin A is looking for an eCommerce Customer Service Rep to join our corporate office in Costa Mesa, CA. The eCommerce Customer Service Representative will interact with our customers, providing information in response to products, orders, shipping and returns, while handling customer issues effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be service oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
Job Functions
* Provide Support for online customers
* Responding to customer inquiries on a timely manner via Email, phone and live chat
* Maintain positive, friendly, and professional interactions
* Additional projects as needed
Job requirements
* Demonstrate the appropriate skills to communicate both verbally and through writing
* Computer skills and ability to quickly learn new programs as needed
* Proactive/progressive problem-solving skills
* Ability to operate in a team environment
* Detail Oriented and organized
* Internet Savvy
* Customer Service mindset
* Swim industry experience a Plus
Required Experience
* Previous customer service experience – Ecommerce experience is a plus
* Apparel customer service experience a Plus
