Job Description

NEFF is in search of a Senior Customer Service Associate!

The position is located at our new Brand Office in Irvine, CA and is home to both the NEFF and LRG brands. The key objectives of this position are to facilitate and enhance processes and systems for the Customer Service department and provide best in class retailer and sales rep support for the NEFF brand primarily, and the LRG brand as needed. In addition to communicating with retail customers, the Senior Customer Service Associate will interface with the Operations and Finance departments on allocations, invoicing, and monthly revenue projections, as well as keep an eye on inventory. This position requires someone who is extremely detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, while also living by NEFF’s mantra – Forever Fun!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES // include the following:
• Facilitate and participate in daily operations associated with open orders, allocations, sales reporting, and all requests pertaining to the order
• Concise and professional communications with inside teams and outside contractors, accurate tracking and reporting of work order status, and making sure orders ship without chargebacks and/or expense off-sets on time
• Supervise timely execution of distribution-related EDI transactions
• Facilitate sales reporting and information to key Account Managers
• Generate sales reports for outside sales reps
• Regular review of vendor manuals and communication with sales rep to clarify any potential issues
• Know intimately and keep up-to-date with customer compliance requirements
• Monitor all shipments and resolve any issues
• Coordinate return authorization process
• Manage open order book and ensure accuracy
• Drive order book to help hit monthly shipping targets
• Proactive approach to work, taking ownership of tasks, moving forward as appropriate to meet deadlines and objectives
• Experience with Full Circle highly preferred
• Hands on knowledge of both Nu Order and Brand Boom sales automation platforms a plus

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS //
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience
• 3-5 years related experience in customer service within the apparel industry
• Possesses strong Distribution process knowledge including an understanding of EDI
• Experience and requirements knowledge with department stores, chain stores and mass sporting goods retailers preferred
• Experience with International specialty retailers and distributors preferred
• Excellent data-entry skills, along with proficient use of Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
