Position Overview:
2XU has an immediate need for two Temporary part time staff to assist our Customer Service team during our busy Sales Period in November-December. The Customer Service Representative will predominately provide inside customer service and administrative support to the Sales and eComm departments of 2XU.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Provide education and support for product related questions from 2XU end users via phone and email.
• Provide accurate customer service and high level administration support
• Manage the warranties and exchanges process for our network of 2XU retailers; online customers and consumer direct requests.
• Process On-line orders and Returns
• Provide customer service to 2XU online customers.
