2XU Teamwear is currently seeking a Sales & Service Representative to join our growing custom Teamwear division. We are looking for a highly motivated, organized and sales driven individual. The person in this position will report to the Teamwear Manager, and will be responsible for cultivating & generating sales within corporate organizations, clubs/teams and independent agencies throughout the United States, as well as instilling operational excellence from procedures and processes required throughout the production cycle.
Job Duties:
• Effectively and persuasively communicating with and selling to both current and targeted new accounts
• Identifying and developing new account opportunities to meet sales growth plans, while maintaining the standards and requirements of 2XU team wear
• Developing and maintaining an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends, and responding accordingly
• Identify product development and sales opportunities through industry research and networking
• Procure and develop strategic industry relationships with positive commercial supply arrangements for 2XU team wear and compression products
• Assist in the preparation, maintenance and submission of regularly scheduled reports and production forms / correspondence
• Facilitate the internal department liaison in relation to quality control, distribution and invoicing
• Maintain quality of sales and service by adherence to performance excellence standards across and within immediate team members
• Foster and promote positive culture and values within the immediate business unit and broader business
