Primary Responsibilities
• Customer service and relations
• Manage customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
• Provide information about the products.
Secondary Responsibilities
• Assist with marketing initiatives.
• Attend industry events and represent HJC’s brand image well.
• Some travel for industry events, including consumer and trade shows, races and meets.
