Admin Assistant/ Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Wax Research, Inc. 1212 Distribution Way, Vista, CA 92081
Compensation: TBD - non-exempt position, Health and Dental benefits
Reports to: Sales & Marketing Director
Full-time Employment
Summer Hours - Memorial Day thru Labor Day M,T, W, TH 7:15am – 4:15pm Friday 7:15am – 1:30pm
Regular Hours - After Labor Day M-F 7:30am – 4pm
The Admin Assistant/Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing Team by providing administrative support, managing inquiries from wholesalers/distributors, and end users as well as providing support to the Product Managers.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Office
• Manage phone, email and live chat inquiries and related tasks
• Greet visitors and walk-in customers and assist if needed
• Sort daily mail and office deliveries – notify and/or deliver to staff
• Maintain office supply inventory
• Ensure all office machines are filled with paper and in working order
• Provide excellent customer service with developed product knowledge information
• Assist customers with technical support and creative solutions to service issues
Sales
• Responsible for day to day sales inquiries from Preferred, Wholesale, Retail, Reps
• Monitor the accuracy of transaction information related to sales orders, returns and service orders for efficient processing
• Assist in production of sales and marketing literature and products
• Work closely with marketing team to process promo orders
• Support marketing team by assisting with entry, processing and execution of website, social media, advertising, PR distribution, digital email lists, etc.
• E commerce data entry
• General support to sales team as required, travel cover etc.
• Occasional event support.
• Brand Team/Rider support
• Special projects as assigned
