Responsibilities: SAP Order Process Contribute to order processing guidelines for NA Sales.
Serve as liaison between CSG business leaders and SAP IT teams.
Responsible for creating and presenting business requirements for new Order to Cash capabilities required for ecommerce businesses
Assist with implementation of new Order to Cash capabilities and provide guidance to IT on North American Region.
Perform detailed end user testing of new SAP SD capabilities, ensuring they achieve business requirements
Using knowledge of business, SAP and organizations other systems, propose technical solutions that support our evolving omni channel business needs.
Assist with SAP Implementations and enhancements representing the Sales Organization.
Contribute to process mapping and re-engineering of Sales Processes for SAP implementation.
Drive Order to Cash process improvements across the CSG businesses.
Collaborates with the local and global Web IT teams to ensure that order to cash process changes do not impact any of the CSG brand websites (Cannondale, GT, Charge) or B2B capabilities in NA.
Responsible for identifying and resolving breakdowns in ecommerce order processing, working cross functionally with IT, Web and sales operations teams
Responsible for ensuring correct setup in SAP of pricing, terms, sales deals, materials, coupons, and CMIR for ecommerce businesses.
Provide on-call support and resolve complex issues.
Complete all necessary SAP Training to maintain level of expertise in SAP.
Acts as a system Power User working with cross functional departments to develop system capabilities.
Serve as SAP Sales and Distribution advanced level resource.
Educate users on the use of SAP; create SOP documentation and user training materials.
Allocation Responsible for managing all manual allocations in North America region (product launches, order book changes, new model year allocations, etc)
Contribute to allocation process guidelines
Contribute to resolution of allocation issues and bug fixes
Reporting and Analytics Performs and analyzes scheduled and ad hoc reports.
Provide support for various Sales Operations functions as necessary.
Synthesis of data across a variety of internal and external platforms.
Advanced Excel and data management skills required.
Other Duties Creates Excel order forms and order tools in connection with new model year and product launches
Assists with special pricing/terms and marketing/no-charge requests
Follows internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function
Contributes to the success of the company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned
Key Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
2-3 years experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Order to Cash (OTC) in an administration capacity.
Solid SAP SD and back office administration experience; BW, Business Warehouse experience preferred.
Hands-on experience in SAP SD related transactional processes including cross-functional awareness of AR, GL and Purchasing.
SAP master data understanding, handling master data requirements including customer master, pricing, material master sales view, etc. is desired.
Understanding of or CRM experience is a strong plus.
Executes data entry, creates ad-hoc reports and ensures complete contract documentation is loaded in the designated systems.
Product promotions planning, price planning, sales historical data review to determine correct pricing strategies and working along with leadership teams will be desired.
Process Mapping experience
Ability to effectively gather business requirements and be able to work with SAP business analysts in designing, developing and testing tasks through to implementation.
Re-engineering experience involving a SAP implementation
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel; MS Access a plus
Ability to learn new computer software programs.
Must be team oriented.
Must be attentive to detail and organized.

EDI business process experience, and experience with EDI customer on-boarding
Experience working with global ATP
Excel VBA programming
