Position Summary:
The Manager, Marketing Analytics is responsible for all digital analytics, insights and reporting to support Cannondale and other digital properties across web and mobile.
This role is instrumental in making optimal data-driven decisions for Cannondale web and mobile properties. This role will be directly responsible for ensuring that our digital properties are being accurately tracked, building and maintaining reports and dashboards, including KPI measurement, and providing insights based on data analysis.
Responsibilities:
Own data infrastructure across our digital properties, managing tools and ensuring data integrity
Create and manage global dashboards and reports that track key marketing, campaign, engagement and ecommerce metrics across websites and mobile apps.
Share insights and trends to key stakeholders derived from data analysis.
Support the identification and creation of KPIs that best measure performance or act as leading indicators and develop data collection strategies to track.
Leverage the latest attribution solutions to measure the effectiveness of different forms of online advertising and marketing tactics (Display, Organic, Paid Search, Social, Email, etc.).
Own implementation and day to day maintenance of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Tag Manager
Support the setup and tracking of digital marketing campaigns and affiliate marketing (e.g. generating UTM codes, pixel tracking, etc.)
Support the creation of customer segmentation and targeting tactics
Follows internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function.
Partner with digital product teams to ensure relevant data is captured to track and measure project and feature performance
Contributes to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience driving digital reporting and analytics
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Computer/Data Science (Masters a plus)
Advanced working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Tag Manager or other tag management systems
Demonstrates knowledge and history of preparing digital marketing reports and analyses, including paid, organic and email campaign performance.
Experience working with and reporting on mobile app performance.
SQL Knowledge
Advanced skills with Excel & PowerPoint
Power BI, Tableau and similar data tool experience.
Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS
Experience identifying and running useful A/B & Multivariate tests
Self-starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor, excellent communicator, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Reasonable availability to respond to requests and monitor/optimize campaigns outside normal business hours
Ecommerce experience; selling products or services online
Experience working with content management systems, specifically Sitecore, Magento, Shopify
Strong project management skills, with the ability to successfully guide and execute multiple projects simultaneously
Strong presentation skills with peers and senior management
Interest in learning new tools
Polished professional with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Physical Demands:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for business
