Position Summary:
The Manager, Benefits & Wellness serves as a strategic business partner responsible for the implementation and administration of all company benefit programs. This individual should be willing to provide best-in-class service to our employees and bring a proactive approach to the role.
What you will do:
Manage administration of the US and Canadian Benefits programs.
Provide support to Director regarding development and implementation of benefit strategy.
Manage Open Enrollment process including carrier renewals, participant communications, HRIS configuration, file feeds, etc.
Manage Benefit Vendor and Benefit Broker relationships.
Manage Leave Administration Process, including Absence Management vendor relationship, including all leave components, and ADA accommodation requests not handled by Absence Management vendor.
Manage benefit communications for all participants, including new hires, employees with status changes, COBRA participants, benefit enrollment meetings, benefit newsletter, and company intranet postings.
Manage COBRA vendor.
Maintain metrics of health plans, including funding and invoicing.
Manage the companys 401k plans including the plan record keeper, and 401(k) processes: Match True Up, compliance testing, plan audits, 5500 filings, etc.
Keep HR staff updated regarding benefit changes.
Manage benefit vendor/carrier invoice process.
Conduct quarterly analysis on benefit spend and update HR management team and finance, as necessary.
Keep up to date on current benefit trends, including design elements, benefit offerings, and administration best practice.
Conduct quarterly audits of all benefit plans in HRIS against vendor/carrier websites for data integrity.
Manage the Companys wellness program, including enhancement of program communications, conducting onsite health fair in conjunction with flu shots, Wellness Program HRA, wellness challenges, etc.
Manage all health and welfare compliance requirements, including PCORI process, PPACA reporting, review of QLEs, 5500s, SAR distribution, Medicare Part D notice, SBC distribution, Creditable Coverage process, etc.
Manage Flexible Spending Account and H.S.A. vendor.
Participate in quarterly 401(k) retirement committee meetings.
Keep current in HRIS system with educational training on releases and upgrades.
Conduct analysis on absence management usage and report to HR management team.
Manage the non-qualified deferred comp plan with 401(K) vendor.
Reconcile COBRA Disbursements Reports from vendor website against payment rec'd.
Follows internal controls and company policies as set by Cycling Sports Group and job function.
Contribute to the success of Cycling Sports Group Inc. by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Five years benefit experience.
Strong time management, prioritization, analytical, problem solving and project management skills
Desire for continuous improvement

Drive to provide exceptional customer service to our employees.
Strong verbal, written and listening skills.
Strong PC skills with advanced Excel skills, Word, Outlook and & PowerPoint
Great interpersonal / relationship skills must communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and all vendors.

Must be able to carry out assignments accurately and with minimal supervision.
PHR or CEBS Certification
