About your job
As our hands-on Marketing Project Coordinator, you will be taking responsibility for day-to-day marketing activities such as market research, reporting, sales support, and sample management. Obviously, your strength lies in proactively managing projects and being the binding factor. You will also support our Event Marketing team in the field at the biggest cycling events in Europe!
You are not alone in increasing our brand awareness! You will do this together with the Marketing Team, which you will be part of. Together with your team and its expertise you will achieve the most successful results.
Leading different projects to improve the European Marketing teams efficiency.
Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
Processing Marketing related invoices and controlling of Marketing budget.
Supporting the Event Marketing team with the planning and execution of European B2C and B2B events.
Managing the production process of required creatives and sales assets.
Maintaining a directory and inventory of sample products and marketing materials.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, agencies and service providers.
Must be able to travel in Europe for events a few times a year.
Your experience
Have a bachelors degree in Journalism, Marketing, Economics, Communication or equivalent;
A few years of experience in marketing;
Proven editorial experience,includingcontent generation, coordinationand creationofeditorial plans;
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
Good communication skills in other European languages (Dutch, German, French, Italian or Spanish) are preferred;
Have solid understanding of full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint;
Team player,able to easily collaborate with agency partners, vendors and dispersed cross functional teams.
Powerful in managing and structuring projects and processes. Of course, you also have the communication skills for this.
Of course, a big passion for bikes!
