CSG and its brands is looking to open a new horizon for bicycles and transportation. We are looking to combine connected technology with our already cutting-edge products. Position Summary:
Develop, create, and maintain the consumer visual experience for Cannondale parts and accessories through consumer packaging, product graphics and point of sale materials.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, design, prototype and execute final packaging designs based on approved concepts/established looks.
Research, develop, and present sustainable packaging solutions that protect the product through global shipping and retail environments.
Partner with Product, Marketing, Supply and Sales to ensure packaging meets each departments needs.
Produce clean, accurate, well-constructed files for product or print reproduction
Create and maintain packaging style guides for all product types (boxes, hangtags, inserts and displays)
Calmly and confidently handle multiple projects, project types, deadlines and clients
Produce assembly instructions for product suppliers to successfully package products
Understand and apply appropriate compliance information to packaging per product type
Review final packaging proofs for layout and copy accuracy.
Conduct market research and keep up with the latest packaging trends and innovations.
Adhere to Cannondale brand and quality standards
Follow internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function.
Contribute to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned

Essential Qualifications:
Consumer packaging design experience
Production graphic design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency in packaging specific design software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Organized and self-motivated individual with a great attention to detail
Physical Demands:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for business
