Position Summary:
This role will provide critical support to the operations and administration functions of the Marketing Department.
Responsibilities:
Assist with market research needs/projects as they arise
Assist with the preparation of marketing presentations as may be required (i.e. global meetings, sales meetings, SLT or board meetings, etc.)
Planning team meetings and Global Marketing Meetings
Assist with Global Marketing event logistics
Work with Marketing Project Manager to ensure critical deliverables are known, communicated and met with VP Marketing
Plan and coordinate all GT Leadership Group meetings and agendas
Track the daily/weekly tasks of the Global Marketing Managers
Assist with annual fiscal marketing budgeting process
Monitoring and tracking of global marketing budget
Admin work such as: expenses, invoicing and travel
Own the Global Marketings sample order process for sample bikes
Follows internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function.
Contributes to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned.

Financial Scope:
Manage all business travel expenses diligently and within designated spending limits

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or another related field
Demonstrated experience in the bike industry
Strong Project Management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong ability to organize efficiently
Strong detail orientation and commitment to seeing a project through from beginning to end

Physical Demands:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time
