The Account Manager will have overall responsibility to drive regional sales and achieve annual targets for the brands. Ensure total account management for regional groups of both existing and new authorised dealers.
The role will involve the following responsibilities:
Sales
Implement the Commercial Programme (CP) for the region.
Successfully implement the CP throughout the year to achieve the annual sales target and to build a strong retailer network for new challenges facing the market today and for the future.
Think dynamically and strategically to best manage region and seek new sales opportunities, including upselling and link-selling.
Work collaboratively with the inside sales team to best execute the sales strategy.
Present product ranges, new product introductions and go to market strategies to customers, both in one on one and group settings. Present both in person and remotely.
Ensure our brands earn and maintain market share within our dealerships.
Ask for the sale at every dealer
Provide best in class customer service to dealer base within region
Drive regional P&A distribution and growth
Conduct dealer reviews on a quarterly basis.
Attend sales seminars-training-education
Relationship Management
Develop and maintain key relationships with critical customers; ensuring the dealers are fully satisfied with their commercial and overall business relationship with CSG.
Strive to provide best in class service to our network of dealerships with a Rider priority mentality.
Help upskill and professionalise customers to mutually benefit their and our business needs.
Provide wraparound care and exceed customer expectations of customer service.
Collaborate with the Internal Sales, Credit & Warranty Teams to ensure that customer relationships are optimised, and the sales targets are achieved.
Play an active role in accounts collections, credits and warranty.
Work with the sales management and request help, support and advice when
Provide marketing support for dealer base, utilising CSG marketing team.
Give product team feedback and opportunities from the market.
Participate in dealer events and demos.
Participate in company CSG demo & retail events as required

Deliver excellent communication and presentation skills.
Exercise excellent time management and planning.
Possess good basic PC skills in Word, Excel and Power Point.
Present products to groups of customers and colleagues.
