Position Summary:
The Director, Infrastructure & Technology Services role specializes in proactively prioritizing, monitoring and continually improving operational aspects of Technology services including Infrastructure, Operations, Security and Data Management. This position is responsible for global operations of the companys technical infrastructure and performance and guides an agile infrastructure to meet evolving short and long-term business goals and attain established IT service level agreements for the user community within the organization. Additionally, it establishes and oversees the governance and coordination of Master Data Management throughout the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
TheDirector, Infrastructure & Technology Servicesrole is responsible for defining, monitoring and improving KPIs, designs, plans, coordinates and directs activities of the Infrastructure, Security and Master Data Management departments, and provides roadmaps for and solutions that enhance global business operations. This personworks with decision makers across departments and business units to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support effective governance, process, and technology solutions.
Define and implement global multiyear strategic roadmaps and goals.
Implements methods to continually monitor and improve operational data structure and usability performance KPIs.
Proactively recommends roadmap for short and long-term solutions to support IT Departments goals.
Manage resources and demand planning.
Collaborates with IT PMO to collate project and service desk pipeline data to support IT Departments goals for project management and resource demand planning.
Collaborates with IT QA and Architecture groups to prioritize and design solutions to meet Architecture platform goals and quality threshold standards.
Collaborate with IT PMO, EPMO and other governance to report project milestones, service level agreements, and resource allocation to CIO, department leads, support staff, and end users.
Develop and manage budgets for and ensure they comply with stated goals, guidelines, and objectives.
Manage staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, career development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions in a proactive process-oriented organization.
Communicate regularly with the organizations executives, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent activities.
Infrastructure
Design solutions whose to improve end user experience for both internal and external audiences.
Collaborates with IT Development and SAP groups to balance on-premise and cloud solutions appropriate to each development goal.
Minimize shadow IT through tools and services that serve global teams; where applicable, restrict extent of region-specific technology.
Continually monitor IT systems operating costs, productivity levels, performance, usability and upgrade requirements.
Benchmark, analyze, report on and recommend improvement of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and governance for architecture, disaster recovery, standards, usability and performance, purchasing, and service provision.
Authorize and oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, usability and support of all hardware and software based on department needs.
Security & Privacy
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and governance for security, privacy and compliance in conjunction with Pon Corporate Policies.
Safeguard company data to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability through backup strategies, patch management, anti-virus, firewalls and content filtering technologies.
Align standards, frameworks and security with overall business and technology strategy
Maintain a vision of the organizations current threat and risk landscape and how to mitigate and/or manage current threats and risks
Overseeing vulnerability audits, penetration tests and forensic IT investigations, ensuring that any outcomes are understood and applied.
Oversee and promote a security awareness program across the enterprise.
You may also get involved in Master Data Management that could encompass some of the following:
Oversee the design, development and implementation of global master data-oriented strategies and organization.
Establish the framework to govern all business-related master data activities to drive the consistency and integrity of data.
Contribute to and support key master data design decisions ensuring critical end-to-end processes to deliver a comprehensive, global design.
Create and implement a high-level roadmap to guide and shape the way that data is input and consumed within the business. Define key data governance priorities, roadmaps, metrics, policies, processes, and standards.
Establish and run governance council with key stakeholders to escalate issues, prioritize resolutions and provide input to a roadmap for best-in-class data systems and practices.
Sets financial, operational and quality objectives for projects and activities and develops master operational plans.

What you bring to the table:
A strong desire and ability to bring global, cross-functional teams together with a positive attitude
Bachelors degree in computer science, business management or related discipline and 15 years related work experience required.
ITIL certification, PMP are desirable along with security certification such as CISSP
15 years of experience managing and/or directing an IT operation in an international environment.
Proven experience in IT infrastructure tactical and strategic planning and development, project management, and policy development.
Proficiency with defining, monitoring and tracking usability performance KPIs in an omnichannel environment.
Working knowledge of network, hardware, protocols, and standards, including LAN, WAN, VOIP, telephony, active directory, virtualization, server and client operating systems.
Working knowledge of managing cloud infrastructure including public cloud, private cloud and co-location datacenters
Proven knowledge and experience understanding digital marketing strategies, and how to execute implementations that support growth initiatives.
Knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations.
Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
