Cycling Sports Group is seeking an experienced Social Media and Content Manager. The location for this role is flexible and can be based at our office in Wilton, Connecticut, or remotely.

Position Summary:
Manage the development and execution of North America’s Social Media and Content Strategy. Build brand stoke across the Region and drive measurable increase in Rider and Dealer engagement resulting in increased sell thru at retail.

Financial Responsibilities/Scope:
• Responsible for developing Social Media and Content Marketing Budget that aligns with North America Marketing Rider and Dealer Engagement Goals

Key Metrics:
• Measurable increase in YoY Rider engagement with NA Social Media Posts & Content
• Improvement in Cannondale NA Net Promoter Score each Year
• 20% increase in followers on Instagram and Facebook from North America Market per Year
• Measurable increase in Rider demand at Top Dealers and in Key Markets
• Content & Event promotion linked to sales lift in target markets

Responsibilities:
• Content Creation for Events and Activations
• Collaborate to establish content creation strategy
• Develop and generate content at Events and Activations
• Produce and Edit content for various Digital platforms
• Voice and Face of the Brand in Videos

Rider and Dealer Engagement via Social:
• Monitor and engage Riders and Retailers in North America Market via Regional Social Media Accounts
• Collaborate with Global Marketing and NA Customer Service to provide best in class social experience for consumers

Social Media Marketing:
• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns
• Execute content for Promotions based on NAM provided strategy
• Responsible for tracking Key Metrics, reporting out Analytics and measuring ROI from campaigns
• Manage North America Content Strategy through Percolate
• Athlete and Ambassador Engagement and Amplification
• Collaborate to execute Athlete and Brand strategy
• Create content by partnering with Athletes and Ambassadors to drive Regional Brand & Product stoke
• Work with Athletes to assist in amplifying their stories and experiences via personal social pages

Other Responsibilities:
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information at all times
• Manage and facilitate communication regarding social media activities and initiatives on both a daily and weekly basis,
per the annual NAM calendar
• Ensure that all activities align with the global brand "look & feel"
• Identify key social media and digital trends and styles
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and outside resources on behalf of the client or company
