Job Description
Cycling Sports Group is home to iconic bike brands, and we're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to place a strategic focus on executing paid media campaigns to drive conversion and foot traffic to local retailers

Financial Responsibilities/Scope
- Manage & track promotions budget.

Key Metrics
- Meet &/or exceed campaign metrics per promotion
- Generate increase in website visitors through increase in paid media traffic
- Meet &/or exceed paid social engagement rate

Responsibilities
- Manage relationship with marketing agency to coordinate the activation of all paid media campaigns
- Act as project manager for each campaign; work cross functionally to obtain all assets (brief, photo, video & copy) needed
- Strategize and activate local paid media campaigns to further drive traffic to retailers
- Create paid social campaigns to drive event registration and ambassador awareness
- Coordinate search engine marketing programs
- Produce campaign reports regularly to be shared internally and externally
- Support local retailers by providing social media content, assets and education
- Conduct social monitoring utilizing listening tools to provide a best in class social experience for all riders
- Stay up to date on all digital trends with high focus on social media updates and platform enhancements
- Proactively research and identify new opportunities to further drive revenue through rider campaigns and improve marketing efficiencies

Other
- Provides general assistance to Sr. Marketing Manager and NA Marketing Team as required
- Follows internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function
Job Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in paid media, social media or marketing position (client side or agency side)
- College or University degree in marketing, digital, communication, or related field
- Proficient in Facebook Ad Manager & Google AdWords
- Familiar with the process around Display & PreRoll Media placement
- Strong project management & analytic skills
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong detail orientation and commitment to seeing a project through from beginning to end

Beneficial Qualifications
- Experience in bicycle or other high-end consumer goods industry
- Experience with Percolate or other similar digital campaign/asset management tools
- Familiar with A/B and multivariate testing
- Strong understanding of landing page optimization best practices

Physical Demands
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
-Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Travel – domestic and/or international; approx. 5% of time
