The Digital Product Manager will lead the product vision and development of all CSG rider focused applications. Working in direct partnership with the physical product development teams to provide unique and valuable experiences to all riders.
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
Traveling 25 % of the time including international travel
Gain a deep understanding of our internal and external customer needs from the digital platform.
Develop and maintain digital product strategy and roadmap
Partner with physical product teams to scope and manage the development of connected products and supporting software services across multiple platforms.
Identify and communicate prioritized customer needs to provide direction for new product developments
Grow and maintain category profit
Advocate and evangelize the product roadmap, amongst cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to ensure buy-in of project priorities
Serve as the subject matter expert for the digital platform and ensure that other teams and business users are getting the maximum value possible from the platforms capabilities.
Gather and report on insights collected from data and analytics tools.
Provide internal analysis tool to support business decisions across all functions
Provide support for marketing development and execution
Identify and evaluate hardware and software suppliers for various product developments and maintenance needs.
Manages supplier portfolio, contracts, schedules and relationships.
Refine and prioritize tasks in the backlog
Responsible for providing metrics to report and manage product health as well as providing routine communication and updates to senior leadership.
Present product vision, features, and functionality to sales and externally to retailers and media
5+ years of experience as a product manager with Connected Devices specific experience
Bachelors degree or greater in computer science, Design, Business or related field
Highly motivated professional and thrives in a dynamic company

Proven track record in defining and launching successful software products/features.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working directly across multiple stakeholder types of various cultural & organizational background.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to produce product requirements in user stories to drive product development and provide product demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders including senior management.
Strong work ethic. Self-starting personality with the ability to problem solve and develop creative solutions.
Experience collaborating with design team and beta testing to optimize usability. Have an eye for simple and compelling user interface.
Excellent communication skills written, verbal and listening
Proficient use of Microsoft Office software programs such as Word, Outlook, Excel is required.
Passion for cycling and/or active lifestyle
Knowledge of trends, market drivers, and customers in the cycling industry
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to details with the ability to process large and complex information and derive specific actionable insights.
Strong presentation experience
Proficient use of Salsify, Sitecore, SAP, SQL, Jira, and WorkFront
