E-commerce Manager
To strengthen our Digital team, Cycling Sports Group is currently looking for a pro-active and energetic E-commerce Manager, who will be responsible for driving the successful set up and execution of the click and collect project and POS system integration, from roll-out to managing the e-commerce business.

Key responsibilities
Develop DTC e-commerce business by effectively coordinating digital marketing automation (SEM, Social media, display/programmatic), CRM initiatives, email personalization, and periodic promotional web merchandising activations while minimizing sales channels conflicts;
Design and oversee all online consumer journey touchpoints from browsing, shopping, picking up in store and after sale support to maximize business opportunities;
Bring together European leadership team business objectives and align with Global Project Manager to translate them into project scope, sequenced milestones, defining success criteria and identifying constraints impacting project delivery;
Actively monitor and identify optimizations to site, cart path and checkout processes to ensure effective purchase funnel optimization (web merchandising, ease of product selection, order and payment) based on insights, competitive analysis, analytics and latest best practices;
Manage online consumer care team and run online sales and support (chat, phone) to aid in consumer purchase decisions and ultimately drive sales conversion.
Qualifications
7+ years of work experience in digital agency/consulting company/retail company managing integrated e-commerce B2B/B2C business;
Excellent understanding of thesupply chain workflows and e-commerce operations for omnichannel retail;
Knowledge of the technical aspects of online applications, POS systems, web development, e-commerce, development frameworks and toolsets;
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
Fluency in English required, any other language is a plus;
Willing to travel internationally;
Excellent Sitecore, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP platforms skills.
