Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting digital marketing initiatives, including all facets of website content management, email campaign execution, digital product assortment, and social media campaigns. You will be responsible for multiple brand websites with unique digital marketing needs that requires project management and timely execution in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Website Maintenance and Optimization (40%)
Work closely with web creative and brand teams to manage and update homepage, landing pages, blog content, and site content areas
Own the management and execution of product merchandising and categorization strategies in content management systems
Ensure product details, imagery, and pricing accuracy across all site areas and marketing programs
Email Campaign Execution (20%)
Under the supervision of the Digital Marketing Manager:
Execute promotional email campaigns
Create and upload email content into email management system, schedule for distribution, gather approvals, and audit for accuracy
Execute the seasonal updates of triggered and transactional email campaigns
Online Channel Support (20%)
Coordinate campaigns and promotional activity across website, email, social media and other online programs
Assist product teams in loading product data to PIM to allow products to be leveraged across digital channels
Multichannel and Departmental Support (15%)
Set-up and coordinate tracking codes across digital channels
Actively participate in cross functional team meetings with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure accurate reflection of product assortment and marketing messages
Develop and document processes to improve work flow efficiencies
Coordinate best practice sharing and project coordination with colleagues across the Dorel Sports teams
Other Duties Assigned (5%)
Follows internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function.
Contributes to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
BS/BA degree in related field with 1- 3 years of experience in marketing related organization
Experience with web analytics and ecommerce/digital marketing
Detail-oriented with solid communication skills
Previous experience with web analytical tools or equivalent aptitude
Strong knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office products, especially MS Excel
Strong interest in emerging trends in ecommerce, internet marketing, and technology
Working knowledge of HTML and Adobe Dreamweaver a plus
Possess organized workflow methods to successfully meet deadlines and balance priorities
Ability to acquire and maintain working relationships with vendors and colleagues in the field
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Creative problem-solving skills
Ability to travel occasionally

Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
