The Digital Analyst is responsible for all digital analytics, insights and reporting to support Dorel Sports digital properties across web and mobile.
This role is instrumental in making optimal data driven decisions for Dorel Sports web and mobile properties across Cannondale, GT, Fabric, Mongoose, and Schwinn brands. This role will have direct responsibility in ensuring that our digital properties are regularly being tracked and analyzed to find optimizations to best support our online customers.
Own data platform infrastructure and provide data solution recommendations
Coordinate with product owners and regional marketing teams to identify and execute continuous analytical insights and optimizations across our digital properties
Support our stakeholders by producing reoccurring and ad-hoc reports for general site traffic as well as product launches
Create and manage global dashboards to track key metrics across websites and mobile apps
Own implementation and day to day maintenance of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Tag Manager
Identify and develop data collection strategies to support reporting on KPIs that directly measure the performance of online campaigns, e-commerce conversion funnels, and long-term marketing strategies. Emphasis is placed on KPI identification/creation and then tracking the continuous improvement.
Work closely within the Digital organization to measure marketing effectiveness and sales performance of online customer activity.
Support the creation of logical customer segmentation and targeting tactics
Leverage the latest ad effectiveness and ROI solutions to measure the impact that different forms of online advertising have on web traffic and sales (Display, Organic, Paid Search, Email, etc.).
3-5 years of experience driving digital reporting and analytics
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Computer/Data Science
Advanced working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Tag Manager
Advanced skills with Excel & PowerPoint
Experience identifying and running useful A/B & Multivariate tests
Self-starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor, excellent communicator, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Reasonable availability to respond to requests and monitor/optimize campaigns outside normal business hours
Polished professional with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Masters degree in a relevant field of study
Experience working in the Bike Industry
Experience selling products or services online
Experience working with content management systems, specifically Sitecore, Magento, Shopify
Prior experience with Tag Management Systems
Strong project management skills, with the ability to successfully guide and execute multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership qualities and team management experience
Strong presentation skills with peers and senior management
Working conditions are normal for an office environment
Travel domestic and international; approx. 5-10% of time
