Position Summary: Provide financial support to North America IBD Leadership Team.
Financial Responsibilities:
Financial analysis to support and influence decisions within the US and Canada businesses
Marketing expense approval
Oversight of Purchase Card use and reconciliation
Price discount approval
Responsibilities:
Manage financial planning and analysis processes for both US and Canada business, including:
Month-end close
Monthly financial forecasting with variance analysis
Annual Budget planning
Create ad-hoc analyses and financial models for decision support and forecasting.
Drive the implementation of Management Reporting, including:
Dynamic P&Ls with Region, Brand & Product views
Cash flow reporting and forecasting tool
Cost Reporting (Warranty, Freight, Warehouse, PPV, Inventory management)
Prepare monthly performance update for CSG NA leadership team (Net Sales, GM, EBIT, Cash Flow, WC, etc.).
Manage a Financial Analyst and oversee the SG&A forecast and actual spending to ensure alignment with budget and forecast.
Support fulfillment of all Audit requirements
Follow internal controls and company policies as set by the Company and job function.
Contribute to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
BS degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting. Other degrees considered given relevant experience.
5-7+ years of related financial experience.
Excellent financial analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting, and a proven ability to work across functions within an organization.
Superior Excel skills mandatory.
Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Beneficial Qualifications:
MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus
Experience with SAP and Host Analytics a plus.
Prior experience supporting a business leader or regional leader is a plus.
Recreation industry experience and familiarity with multi-brand-oriented environment is a plus.
Physical Demands:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally, estimated at 5-10% of time.
