Position Summary:
As Digital Marketing Manager you will lead the Digital Marketing Team. In close collaboration with your team and the Global team, you will configure an e-commerce and POS system.
Physical Demands:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
Must be able to travel internationally for business as needed.
Responsibilities:
Driving the set up and execution of the click and collect project and POS system integration.
Gather needed business requirements to optimize functionality.
Manage and develop the e-commerce business.
Design and oversee the online consumer journey.
Actively monitor and identify optimization opportunities.
Managing the Digital Marketing Team; a Digital Marketing specialist, Web E-commerce specialist and a Social Media and Content specialist.
Digital Marketing campaigns such as: email personalization, SEO optimization, advertising by using paid and unpaid media.
Other duties as may be assigned throughout the year.
Follow internal controls and company policies as set by CSG and job function.
Contribute to the success of CSG by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
Have a Master or bachelors degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing;
+7 years experience in managing integrated e-commerce B2B/B2C business;
Experience with the supply chain workflows and e-commerce operations for omnichannel retail;
Have demonstrated experience managing large scale and complex digital marketing initiatives for a major consumer facing brand;
Have experience with Sitecore, Microsoft Dynamics and SAP platforms;
Have solid understanding of the technical aspects of online applications, POS systems, web development, e-commerce, development frameworks and tool sets;
The ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
Be fluent in English, any other language is a plus;
Have solid understanding of online applications, POS systems, web development, e-commerce, development frameworks and tool sets;
Strong project management, organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills;
Proven leadership skills;
Strong customer centric focus;
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across cultures and functions;
Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
