As our Web E-commerce Manager, you are the key person behind our e-commerce platform, business development and content. You will track and analyze overall B2B and B2C performance for all websites and social media. To be successful in this role, you are a subject matter expert in Multilingual SEO and SEM, A/B testing and implementation. You will support the Digital Team members with implementing the B2C websites online editorial plan, e-mail marketing, advertising campaigns, digital PR and social media.

Manage Salsify and Sitecore to ensure product catalogue information is accurate and up to date and all related content is consistent in local languages.
Manage B2B e-commerce content and promotions to maximize conversion, cross category leverage and positive purchase and navigation experience (NPS).
Ensure continuous web ecosystem monitoring and improve reliability of all functionalities and SAP compatibility.
Liaise with Customer Service, Marketing and Sales Managers to ensure all requirements and needs are known and considered for implementation.
Analyze and create monthly reports for the entire CSG multi brand digital ecosystem (B2B, B2C and social channels) performance, sales trends and impact, advertising/DEM campaigns with dedicated quantitative analysis tools (SAP, GA, Semrush).
Liaise with overseas stakeholders and IT to ensure continuous improvement and implementation of change requests.

Contribute to the success of CSG by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent;
3-5 years of experience managing websites and multiple CMS;
Experience with supply chain workflows and e-commerce operations for omnichannel retail;
Have demonstrated experience managing large scale and complex digital marketing initiatives for a major consumer facing brand;
Have experience with Sitecore, Microsoft Dynamics and SAP platforms;
Have solid understanding of the technical aspects of online applications, POS systems, web development, e-commerce, development frameworks and tool sets;
Must be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
Must be fluent in English; other languages are a plus;
