As Graphic Design Manager, you will be the driving force behind the development of our creative European design assets. You lead the art direction and delivery of final art for all key marketing design initiatives, while following the global brand guidelines.

Must be able to travel internationally for business.
Responsible for the accurate release of final mechanicals and digitalfiles to agency vendors by the agreed deadline;
Responsible for producing accurate, error-free printed and digital output;
Organizes the creative workflow and production with the marketing team, agencies, printers and freelancers;
Accurately and consistently reports all project status to the manager;
Contributes to development of concepts through brainstorm meetings, critiques and sketches, in collaboration with global design team;
Proactively recommends improvements of art standards, printing and productivity and style guides;
Remains up-to-date on the latest developments in software applications, printing techniques and production and digital technologies;
Responsible for leading trade show booth, display designs and merchandising materials.
Responsible to work with the team to stay within brand guidelines.
Working with the Digital Marketing Manager, you will collaboratively create the digital design for social media and banner advertising.

Follow internal controls and company policies as set by CSG and job function.
Contribute to the success of CSG by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned.
Graphic Art background required, to include a bachelors degree or Technical Degree with 5+ years experience in graphic design with bicycle industry project to include product graphic design, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient experience with Illustrator, InDesign, Quark, Photoshop and/or other related programs required.
Must be familiar with Macintosh computer systems.
Knowledge of basic marketing principles is required.
Ability to work in a team environment.
