Manage the development and execution of our Social Media and Content Strategy, while ensuring content is efficient, up-to-date and brand appropriate for each digital channel objective. Ensure that our editorial message is consistent and coherent to increase reach and engagement of consumers.

Define and execute the Social Media and Content Strategy, including monthly reporting;
Lead development and execution of digital campaigns;
Generate multimedia and multilanguage creative digital content;
Manage paid social advertising across all major channels maximizing ROI in cooperation with paid media specialist;
Community management, editorial calendar definition and brand monitoring across all platforms;
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, agencies and service providers;
In collaboration with the Global Team, and utilizing a European Ambassador and Influencer Program, you will manage online communities all over Europe.
Ensure that all activities align with the global brand look and feel;
Other duties as may be assigned throughout the year;
Follow internal controls and company policies as set by CSG and job function;
Contribute to the success of CSG by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned.
Have a bachelors degree in Journalism, Marketing, Economics, Communication or equivalent;
3-5 years of experience in managing Social Media channels and online communities;
Proven editorial experience, including content generation, coordination and creation of editorial plans and leading the execution of digital campaigns;
Expertise in managing online advertising tools (AdWords, Facebook), formats and channels;
Great understanding of web and social media landscape, trends and emerging platforms;
Strong experience in consumer patterns of online behavior, crisis management and online communication;
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
Have solid understanding of online applications, POS systems, web development, e-commerce, development frameworks and tool sets;
Team player, able to easily collaborate with agency partners, vendors and dispersed cross functional teams;
Strong project management, organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills;
Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
Proven leadership skills;
Strong customer centric focus;
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across cultures and functions;
Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Social Media and content Software Management;
Prior experience working for a global brand and multi-national business;
A passion for mountain and road bikes, actions sports, and/or outdoor lifestyle.
