Position Summary:
Manage event activations, brand partnerships & marketing projects
Financial Responsibilities/Scope:
Budget tracking for all marketing activations.
Key Metrics:
Delivery of all events on time and on, or below, budget
Guest satisfaction of B grade or higher for NA Sales Meeting per post-event survey
Successful coordination and execution of all marketing activations
Responsibilities:
Manage Brand Activations
Act as project manager for all North America events & activations
North America Sales Meeting
Manage all event logistics including venue contracts, registration, travel and hotel
Manage on-site team and event intern
Lead communication process with guests leading up to NA Sales Meeting
Manage event app, check-in process, gift bags and all other event materials
Support key stakeholders of NA Sales Meeting team as needed
Create post-event survey and recap
Consumer Events
Lead all regional events including managing booth space, vendors & overall activation plan
Work in tandem with Sr. Retail Activation Manager on load-in, set up and booth display
Coordinate staff hotel rooms, create staff schedule and take lead on communicating with appropriate teams leading up to event
Track budget for each event including processing invoices
Create post-event recap and survey
Support sales team with local events including SWAG distribution, ordering product, contract negotiation or other needs that may occur
Marketing Projects & Partnerships
Manage offline partnerships & projects
Lead regional activation for GT & Fabric brand
In collaboration with Retail team, manage in-store POP projects for retailers
In collaboration with Brand team, manage brand collaborations
Other
Provides general assistance to Director of Marketing and NA Marketing Team as required
Follows internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function
Contributes to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
3-4 years experience in marketing or event position
College or University degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Strong ability to organize efficiently
Strong project management skills
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Strong detail orientation and commitment to seeing a project through from beginning to end
Beneficial Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in the bike industry
Physical Demands:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Travel domestic and/or international; approx. 33% of time.
