About the job

Position Summary:


As a member of the Credit team, you will be responsible for supporting the Credit Coordinators as well as serving our dealers by timely creating credit invoices. You will support all credit coordinators within the entire Europe region. You will be directly reporting to the Credit Manager.


Responsibilities:


Working closely with all Credit Coordinators ( 5 regions) to optimize our cash performance

Support the Credit Coordinators by creating the Direct Debit files on a weekly base per region

Sending out Direct Debit pre-notification to our dealers

Communicate with Customer Service and Sales teams on credit invoice requests

Validate the credit invoices requests by checking our policies and authorization settings

Issue credit invoices for warranty, labor costs, travel, returns, lost shipments etc.

Support the Credit team on reporting tasks

Managing internal Accounts Receivable accounts for personal, samples and marketing bikes, communicate with Sales and Marketing to align account status

Support our Master Data team with set-up of new customers and maintain dealer/credit master data in ERP-system.

Identify areas for process improvements in order to streamline the workflow.

Follow internal controls and company policies as set by CSG and job function.

Contribute to the success of CSG by assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned continuously striving for improvement.

Other duties as may be assigned throughout the year.

Essential Qualifications:


Secondary education (MBO) in Finance or Accounting

1+ years experience with ERP-systems in an international business environment.

Must be fluent in Dutch and English (fluency in another European language is an advantage).

Must be extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience working for a global brand and multi-national business.

A passion for mountain and road bikes, actions sports, and/or outdoor lifestyle.

Physical Demands:


Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.

Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
