Maintains systems availability
Active on-site helpdesk support role CSG Europe when requested.
Work on global or local projects in a team of ServiceDesk experts and/or local site IT members.
Technical and Functional Support/Documentation on IT hardware/software and mobile devices.
Deployments of hardware and software (laptops, pcs, printers equipment) to clients.
Deployments of Server and networking equipment in on-premise datacenters.
Working in a virtualized environment (VMWare, Hyper-V).
Microsoft Office 365/Azure administration / AD administration.
Function as backup for the IT Manager when he is out of the office.
Participate in security vulnerability and patch management to safeguard global security.
