About the job

This is a part-time role. Approximately 20 hours per week.


Responsibilities:


Serving as the primary receptionist (answering and directing incoming calls. Assisting visitors).

General administrative duties(amongst which, incoming/outgoing mail, obtaining payment approvals, invoice administration, petty cash, obtaining quotes).

Providing direct administrative support to the head of office.

First point of contact for local suppliers for office related needs. (Amongst which, canteen supplies, cleaning company, office lease equipment.)

Coordinating generaloffice tidiness.

Travel management (bookings for train tickets, rental cars and hotels).

Running errands and performing miscellaneous job-related duties, as assigned.

Assistance for the organization of local meetings. (Travel, accommodations, refreshments.)

Attending and assisting with community events.

Essential Qualifications:


1-2 years of experience in an administrative or assistance role.

Profound knowledge of MS Office applications.

Excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrate the desire to learn and refine skills.

Ability to act as support to other team members when needed.

Driver's license.

Fluent in English and German.

Beneficial Qualifications:


Experience in and/or passion for cycling or related outdoor sports industry helpful.

Any additional European language skills.
