Job Description
Position Summary:


Manage all digital tools in regions portfolio to further drive brand awareness, conversion, revenue, and foot traffic into local retailers.


Your Role:


Lead digital strategy for North America

Manage team of direct reports; experience managing teams is necessary

Manage 3rd party digital agency and campaign budgets

Responsible for management of all advertising campaigns; responsible for meeting & exceeding online sales goals

Highly proficient in Facebook & Google management tools; must have experience creating campaigns

Lead acquisition and customer retention strategy

In conjunction with brand and digital teams, manage digital tools (email, CRM, SEO optimization, net promoter score)

Manage digital vendors & partners

Must be up to date on digital advertising trends

Provides general assistance to Marketing Director and NA Marketing Team as required

Cross-functional position that requires collaboration with various teams. Must work well in team setting

Follows internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function

Contributes to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned

Key Metrics:


Meet annual website traffic & acquisition growth goals

Meet &/or exceed campaign metrics per campaign

Successfully manage digital agency staying at / under budget

Essential Qualifications:


5-7 years of Experience in a digital marketing position

College or University Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, Business Administration, or another related field

Proficient in Google Suite, Facebook Business Manager

Experience managing a website/brand with eCommerce functionality

Proven experience managing direct reports

Strong project management & analytic skills

Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Beneficial Qualifications:


Experience in bicycle or other high-end consumer goods industry

Experience with Sitecore & Microsoft Dynamics

Experience running A/B and multivariate tests within a website and/or through email

Experience with an SEO platform such as Searchlight (Conductor)

Financial Scope:


Budget management for paid media campaigns

Meet &/or exceed financial revenue goals for online sales

Environmental Factors:


Working conditions are normal for an office environment

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time

Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time

Must be able to lift 50lbs

Travel domestic and/or international; approx. 5% of time
