Position Summary:
Cannondale stands for premium built bikes with high-end technology. This makes our end-users sure that they will achieve the best results in their ride. As an Assembler at Cannondale you will assemble bikes according to specification and given time frames.
Responsibilities:
Assembly of bikes according to the standard processes and procedures.
Keep workplace tidy.
Indicate quality issues to Assembly Manager.
Work efficient to make the planned production numbers.
Essential Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of mechanical experience.
Bike mechanic certification preferred.
Flexible and result driven.
Team player.
Beneficial Qualifications:
Good understanding of product quality.
A passion for mountain and road bikes.
Basic logistics knowledge.
Physical Demands:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Must be able to standfor extended periods of time.
Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor.
Must be able to lift 25 kilograms.
