Our Vacaville, CA distribution center is looking for certified Fork Truck Operatorsthat are looking for full time work and wantaregular schedule. We have 2 shifts available.

Starting pay is $15.50!

Our Vacaville warehouse is part of a local union.

Below are the duties and qualifications of our Fork Truck Operator:

Job Summary

Under the direction of warehouse supervisor and warehouse lead, operates forklift and/or various equipment to load, unload, move, locate, stack and count merchandise. The operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle while receiving, putting away, picking and shipping product.

Essential Job Responsibilities

% Time

Operate forklift with or without slip sheet or other specified equipment in and around the warehouse.

Complete maintenance checklist daily

Loads and Unloads shipment

Transports product to and from dock/bay/locations

Safe and efficient operation of the equipment


Manually handles product

Unloads product from container by hand

Picks, pulls and labels product for shipping

Put away product in location

Wraps product for transport to location or shipping


Adheres to quality and customer service standards set by the company

Knowledge of the scanning process, including handheld scanning

Operates parcel computer

Completing all required paperwork

Reading and identifying product and locations

Reading, understanding, using and following information on orders, equipment, and procedures

Maintaining a clean safe work environment

Follow internal controls and company policies

Leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned

Minimum Requirements (include education, experience, special skills, licenses and/or certifications required.)

Must be legally permitted to work in the United States

Ability to read and write numbers and letters

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers

6 months to 1-year previous forklift experience

Excellent attendance record

Environmental Factors

Exposer to weather and temperatures range from cold to hot

Noise level can be moderate to high
