Position Summary:
Cannondale stands for premium built bikes with high-end technology. This makes our end-users sure that they will achieve the best results in their ride. As an Team Lead Assembly at Cannondale, you will coordinate production team to meet daily production output and quality levels. Together with your team, you will assemble bikes according to specification and output goals.
Responsibilities:
Support assembly team to perform.
Ensure full line is operational and tidy.
Assembly of bikes according to the standard processes and procedures.
Improve quality levels ans solve production bottlenecks together with Assembly Manager(s).
Work efficient to make the planned production numbers.
Essential Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of mechanical experience.
2-3 years working experience as a leader.
Good verbal English skills.
Flexible and result driven.
Team player.
Beneficial Qualifications:
Good understanding of product quality.
A passion for mountain and road bikes.
Basic logistics knowledge.
Physical Demands:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Must be able to standfor extended periods of time.
Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor.
Must be able to lift 25 kilograms.
Must be able to take apart and put together bicycle parts.
