Position Summary:
At Dorel Sports, were a team of fierce and energetic marketers eager to help consumers find their perfect ride. Our new and exciting eBike, Charge, is taking off and is already widely popular. We now need a stellar, passionate, integrated marketing manager who will identify key innovation strategies and potential growth drivers to further propel our brand awareness. This position will be responsible for all elements of brand and acquisition marketing including social media, partnerships, events and performance (or integrated if better) marketing. They will identify key innovation strategies and potential growth drivers to propel our brand awareness and drive sales growth. A successful Manager will be able develop high-level brand strategies, marketing plans and lead the execution of impactful projects.
We are looking for a unique candidate who has D2C experience and strong both creatively and analytically. (A love of cycling would be a bonus.)
Your Role:
Create and manage all marketing campaigns that generate sales to achieve projected revenue targets
Acquire customers via performance marketing efforts leveraging agencies and internal creative resources
Assist in crafting and refining the Charge story so that it resonates with consumers
Develop strong audience-focused brand messaging and priorities that build the foundation for brand and content marketing campaigns
Ensure that the Charge story is clearly communicated in an omnichannel manner to all stakeholders and customers
Assist in creating integrated marketing campaigns as well as an overall brand communication approach to successfully help sustain a long-term brand strategy
Build the social channel for the brand; Create and manage a content calendar that builds Charges social presence by promoting original brand related content as well as community content on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
Come up with creative events and leverage social to build a community
Help develop a successful partnership and affiliate program by identifying key brand and influencer partnerships to elevate and amplify our consumer awareness and increase engagement
Oversee the email program including the creation of email strategy and calendar as well as email performance
Assist in conducting market and user research to drive insights that drive strategy and competitive differentiation, and develop go-to-market strategies
Coordinate promotional activities
Follow internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function.
Contribute to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of marketing experience
Previous experience in Brand Management and/or Integrated Marketing required, preferably at a high consideration D2C brand
Experience in campaign development and working with agencies
Strong content skills; ability to write copy
Project management experience
Business mindset and acumen
A passion for community building and storytelling
Ability to work well under pressure, with multiple/competing deadlines, on various projects
Apply critical thinking in order to prioritize and achieve goals and objectives
Solution-oriented with the ability to be flexible and navigate unforeseen obstacles and opportunities with a positive attitude
Strong strategic and creative thinker
Dynamic interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Organized, self-motivated and scrappy, willing to do more with less and able to creatively problem solve
