Primitive Skate, seeks an energetic and organized individual to join our Customer Service and Ecommerce Processing team in Chatsworth, CA.
Duties & Responsibilities Include //
• Accurately processes customer orders including e-commerce web orders and/or EDI orders.
• Respond to customer service inquiries over Zen Desk.
• Follows order compliance with customer specific requests and processing with warehouse to assure smooth and on time delivery to customers.
• Maintain accurate records and files of assigned orders.
• Follow through on customer emails, social media messages and phone calls.
• Process Returns
• Generate open order reports, shipping reports, etc. as needed.
• Provide sales and customer service for all online platforms
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Service oriented mindset and good attitude with customers
- Computer proficiency
- Problem solving and strong critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management
- Detail oriented
- Familiarity with Shopify & ZenDesk a plus
