Primitive is looking to add an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative to its team in Chatsworth, Ca.

This position pays an hourly rate of $18.00

This job will support the Ecommerce Manager with daily sales and customer service tasks:

- Order entry for e-commerce and direct customer accounts
- Regularly answer customer inquiries by both phone and e-mail
- Facilitate communication between departments, including shipping, sales and marketing

We are an all-hands-on-deck work environment, and you will have a daily set of tasks that stays constant... but there is always something new happening! We really need an individual who is VERY detail oriented, a fast learner and can own the back end of a website as far as customer service and order integrity is concerned. Think of it as running a virtual retail store, you will be the point person for our ecommerce customers.

Job Requirements
- Skateboard Industry experience
- 2-3 years experience in a similar position
- Bachelor degree preferred but not required
- Strong computer skill set including Microsoft Office
- Previous experience of Point Of Sale programs preferred
- Must have good written and verbal communication skill set
- Must be a quick learner and able to multi-task
- Attention to detail required
- Ability to prioritize daily workload
- Maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges
- Retail experience is useful
- Strong desire to learn about the company products
- Outdoor experience a HUGE plus and is preferred
