SALT. Optics is seeking a highly-motivated and organized Customer Service Specialist to provide support to the Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Customer communication: Answer incoming phone calls and emails, direct incoming calls to the appropriate department, assist customers with questions related to product details, order status etc.
• Sales order entry & maintenance: Enter incoming sales orders, communicate order status with customers and sales reps.
• Operations Support: Provide administrative support to the Customer Service and Sales teams.
Education and Experience:
• 1+ year experience in customer service or related field.
• Experience with Full Circle or similar ERP system preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Enjoys engaging with customers and sales reps
• Ability to manage pressure, multi-task and maintain a great attitude in difficult situations
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
